
Additionally, all our technicians are part of an internal “Tech Support” group to help each other with daily technical challenges. This means our techs have full access to manufacturer tech support and all the technical tools they offer to us. While we do a variety of work (warranty, out of warranty, service contract, etc.) we are factory authorized for the brands we work on. Additionally, while a route is provided for you, we know that you know your area better than our office staff and we allow our techs to dictate the order the jobs are performed in an order that makes sense to you. Daily volumes are tailor fit to each technician and his capabilities (no more “You have to do XX stops per day to work here). All our technicians are dispatched remotely and whenever possible your work is based on a zone around/near where you live. We do this because we want our techs to have time to enjoy their lives outside of work. Where other companies demand long hours, our techs work on average 40 hours a week. We do not work weekends nor in the evenings. To us, we value every one of our techs and have designed our business to focus on helping our techs succeed.


Most companies see their technicians as just a cog in their machine. Appliance repair is a great trade to be in, but it can be a grind where techs can easily burn out.
